We write the content here carefully, but plumbing and septic systems vary property by property. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis of your system, a guarantee of a result, or a substitute for someone qualified looking at the actual system. Do not rely on a web page in place of an inspection.
Estimates and pricing
Any price, range or figure shown on this site is illustrative. A binding price comes only from a written estimate issued after we have diagnosed the problem. We put our numbers in writing before work begins, and we do not change them mid-job without your written approval.
Service area and availability
The towns listed on this site are the areas we regularly serve. Listing a town is not a promise of availability on a given day, and same-day service depends on the schedule and the nature of the work. If we cannot get to you, we will say so rather than string you along.
Permits and regulatory work
Septic installation, repair and inspection are regulated by the county health department with jurisdiction over the property. Approvals, site evaluations and permit timelines are controlled by those agencies, not by us. We prepare and submit what is required and keep you informed, but we cannot guarantee an agency's decision or schedule.
Licensing and insurance
Water Oak Plumbing & Septic is a licensed Alabama plumbing contractor and carries liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We can provide a certificate of insurance on request before work begins.
Forms and communications
Submitting a form on this site does not create a contract or schedule an appointment. It starts a conversation. A job is scheduled when we confirm it with you directly. For anything urgent, call rather than filling out a form.
